FBI Talk on International Travel

Are you a researcher who travels abroad to attend scientific or academic conferences? To meet with potential sponsors, donors, or collaborators? To teach at a foreign university or travel with students on an international trip?

Join FBI representatives who will present cutting-edge information on travel concerns for university faculty and employees traveling abroad.

There is no pre-registration. Seating is limited and is first come, first seated.

Social Justice Institute (SJI)

TheSocial Justice Institute is making funds available for small grants of $2,500 to $10,000 to tenured or tenure-track faculty members or other faculty who can demonstrate long-term commitment to social justice at Case Western Reserve University. The funds will support research related to social justice. Up to four awards are expected, subject to the number and quality of applications. The Institute is not obligated to give awards in any given year.

The application deadline is Tuesday, March 17, 2015.

Wellcome Trust (UK)

The Wellcome Trust is a UK-based organization that funds research to improve human and animal health. The Wellcome Trust supports research conducted outside the UK where research develops international partnerships, or focuses on biomedical or clinical medicine in developing countries.

Attendees can stop in for a quick tutorial of the new system, or you can complete your disclosure during the session with assistance from our COI staff.
